Tapping Potential of Employees to Build an Outstanding Team发布时间:
--Outdoor Training Organized by Shenzhen Great Aim Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.

 In order to enrich corporate culture, stimulate potential of employees, promote the exchanges among employees and strengthen the team cohesiveness, recently, Shenzhen branch of Great Aim Group (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhen subsidiary) organized a two-day outdoor training at the Pearl Islet, Dongshan, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen. Xie Hong, deputy administrative director of the group and Li Huimin, administrative director assistant participated in the activity.

 At the beginning of the activity, deputy director Xie Hong made a mobilizing speech for the employees and conveyed the management measures and incentive mechanism rolled out by the group recently around team building. Firstly, it was hoped that all employees can be clear about their duties and clarify personal position duties in vertical depth and horizontal span. Secondly, payment will be determined based on positions rather than individuals. The pay adjustment this time was not intended simply to improve welfare for employees, but the company raised higher requirements on all positions and hoped to promote the improvement of comprehensive quality and capability of all people. Thirdly, the group will set up an assessment team, which will assess the performance of position duties by employees in each subsidiary company. Hopefully that all employees of Shenzhen branch can smoothly pass the assessment.

 After the mobilizing speech of Xie Hong, the outdoor training activity officially kicked off. With a theme of "Displaying the charm of Great Aim, exhibiting the spiritual outlook of the team", the activity consisted of items such as taking beads cleverly, rock climbing, star war and indoor CS. Participants randomly formed vital teams. They developed team awareness rapidly in the course of selecting central figures of the teams, coming up with a name and slogan for the team and engaged in team activities with a mentality of learning, equality and cooperation.

 In the activities, each team gave a play to the spirit of Great Aim by unity and innovation and tried to take the first place in each item of competition. "Bull" team made full preparations in the item of taking beads cleverly and took the first spot in an action; "Eagle" team cooperated cleverly in pass in the star war and scored a goal easily. Teammates gave a play to strength of the team in the competition, which strengthened team cooperation awareness and strengthened unity and cohesiveness.

 The outdoor training activity has achieved anticipated effects and aroused a good response among the employees. Through the outdoor training, Shenzhen branch has focused on building an outstanding team and boosted the cause of Great Aim to soar.
