In 1994,at his 30s,Yang Feng resigned from the public service post as a leader of state-owned enterprise,and established Great Aim Group in Zhuhai decisively.He has guarded the brand for 23 years with his ingenuity.Great Aim Group,a sapling that was planted by Yang Feng himself has now grown up into a towering tree with lush leaves and branches,which has not only extended its branches from Zhuhai to the world,but also taken root deeply in several industries like real estate and high-tech.

Break the Cocoon into a Butterfly
Looking back to the past,forge ahead through challenges.Yuehai International Garden developed in 1999 marked the start of Yang Feng’s journey in development of commercial housing.Earlier,Great Aim Group emerged as a contractor of projects such as the key national project“China Women’s Federation Building”on Chang'an Street of Beijing completed in 1996,the“Sub-project of Zhuhai Port Inspection Building”,a core project for Macau’s return completed in 1997 and Great Aim Building of Zhuhai completed and put into use in 1999.
While Yuehai International was developed,Yang Feng found that there was no large-scale premises in Zhuhai,and most premises had no regular property management and community services.With a unique vision,he made a bold decision to lead a team to Singapore for an inspection trip,to study precious experience of Singapore in the development of many premises such as“separation of pedestrians and vehicles”and community management.Yuehai International Garden was a successful copy of“high quality with a low threshold”of premises in Singapore,and was a benchmark of the industry at that time whether in design concept or construction scale.It also created a sales miracle that the construction speed of the project lagged behind the sales speed.It raised price for five times in one year,which was rare in the gloomy real estate market at that time.Yuehai phenomenon was born and Great Aim Group became well-known.

Look Far Ahead and Expand Territory
From 2000 to 2002,Yang Feng extended his vision to the Pearl River Delta and nationwide,with his leadership charm fully showcased.In 2001,the Group launched the construction of Lanbowan,the first all riverscape ecological community in Zhongshan at the western bank of Qijiang River of Zhongshan.In 2003,the Group made another big investment to win the project of Dengdu Huating in Zhongshan,introduced He Xianyi to design the project.It also invested 50 million Yuan to directly introduce the water system of Xijiang River 3 km away and thus directly move the healthy water body of Xijiang River to the project.Such a model of doing the environment before promoting a project was extremely rare and thus aroused a sensation in local area,achieving a subscription rate of villas only of over 260%.The floor area of 250,000㎡was completed and sold out in just one year and two months.
“No stop until perfection is achieved”is the life creed of Yang Feng.His steps of expansion have never stopped for a moment.From 2012 to 2016,Great Aim Group finished its third strategic layout in the real estate segment.In 2012,the Group entered Shenzhen for the first time.The first phase of Great Aim Central City was marketed on May 1,2016 and was highly praised by the market.
